By using this website or placing an order with Mom’s Cut & Sprouts, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the website or place an order.

We prepare everything fresh, so availability changes daily based on what’s in season and in stock. Product photos are representative — actual size, colour and cut may vary slightly since these are fresh, hand-prepared items, not manufactured goods.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice, particularly for seasonal produce. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once we can fulfil it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item goes out of stock or your address is outside our delivery area — and will let you know if that happens.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be added in the future; when they are, this section will be updated with the relevant payment provider details.

As our products are fresh and perishable, quality issues are handled directly with you rather than through a standard return process — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable or impair its operation or interfere with other users.

All content on this website — including our name, logo, photos, and text — belongs to Mom’s Cut & Sprouts and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We do our best to ensure every order is accurate, fresh and delivered on time. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or issues outside our reasonable control (such as third-party delivery delays).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms as our business grows — for example, once online payments go live. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
